1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (personally or on behalf of an organization) and FOREACH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, doing business as Entifly ("Entifly," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of entifly.com and app.entifly.com (together, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the Site immediately.

2. Intellectual property rights

Unless stated otherwise, the Site and its source code, databases, software, interface designs, text, and graphics (the "Content"), along with the Entifly name and logos (the "Marks"), are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You remain the owner of the business data and records you store in your workspace.

3. User representations

By using the Site, you confirm that:

  • The registration and account information you submit is accurate, current, and complete, and you will keep it updated.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms of Service on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction where you live.
  • You will not access the Site through unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated scripts.

4. Prohibited activities

You may use the Site only for legitimate business operations as intended by Entifly. You may not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities, attempt to bypass workspace security or tenant isolation controls, or resell access to the Site without our written permission.

5. User data

We store and process the data you enter into the Site so we can run the service for your workspace. While we perform regular database backups, you remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload or transmit through the Site.

6. Fair use policy and unlimited users

Entifly includes unlimited users on all paid plans so small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can work together without per-seat fees or shared passwords. This benefit is subject to our Fair Use Policy:

  • Our plans are built for legitimate SME teams and normal day-to-day business operations.
  • Entifly charges a flat workspace rate with no per-seat fees. To keep the platform stable and prevent automated or public-host abuse, self-serve team invitations cover up to 100 active members on Starter and Growth plans, and up to 250 active members on Business plans. Workspaces growing past their plan threshold can upgrade to the next tier or contact us for dedicated enterprise infrastructure.
  • Each workspace is governed by plan limits on active records per entity (100 on Free, 2,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Growth, and 25,000 on Business), custom entities, automations, and file storage. If a workspace's resource usage exceeds standard SME levels, we may ask you to move to a higher tier or a custom enterprise plan.

7. Third-party integrations and WhatsApp Business API

Entifly lets you connect third-party services, including the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., through Meta Embedded Signup or API credentials. When you enable or use the WhatsApp Business integration in Entifly, you agree that:

  • You authorize FOREACH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (Entifly) to access and manage your connected WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), business phone numbers, message templates, and messaging webhooks through the Meta Graph API so we can run the integration in your workspace.
  • You will comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and the Meta Platform Terms.
  • You are responsible for getting clear opt-in consent from your customers before sending them outbound WhatsApp template messages, and for the content of all templates and replies sent from your workspace. Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content prohibited by Meta is not allowed and may result in suspension of your integration.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. controls the review and approval of WhatsApp message templates, as well as any direct Meta per-message or conversation charges billed to your WhatsApp Business Account.

8. Term and termination

These Terms of Service remain in effect while you use the Site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these terms, abuse platform resources, or engage in unlawful conduct.

9. Analytics and tracking

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized information about how users interact with the Entifly application (app.entifly.com), such as pages visited, session duration, and feature usage. This helps us understand which features are useful and where to improve the product.

By using the Entifly application, you consent to this analytics collection. We do not use this data for advertising, remarketing, or ad targeting, and we do not share personally identifiable information or workspace records with Google Analytics. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding related to the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
